   Bleeding gums when brushing and / or flossing
   Red and swollen gums
   Gums that has been retracted leaving exposed roots
   Persistent bad breath
   Pus between your teeth and gums
   Mobile teeth
   Increased space between teeth
   Changes in the way you bite
   Tooth sensitivity to hot or cold fluids or by contact with the brush

Each person presents a tendency to suffer from periodontal disease according to factors such as genetic predisposition and other factors which include smoking, taking certain medications that develop enlarged gum, stress, etc...
